How do I create an account?

Open
Click Sign Up in the navbar, choose a username, email, and password. After sign-up, we automatically create a wallet for you and grant 20 free leads per month.

How do I generate my first leads?

Go to Dashboard → Generate → Choose either Google Maps or Social Media to generate leads from → Fill the filter → then start the job. When it finishes, you can preview results and export to Excel.

How do I change my username or password?

Open
Open Account → Profile. To set a new password you must confirm your current one. A fresh access token is issued after updates.

How do I delete my account?

In Account → Danger Zone, confirm your password to delete. We archive job/payment history for audit, remove stored files, and delete your active profile. Wallet credits are forfeited on deletion.

How do wallet top-ups work?

Open Payments, choose PayPal or Binance, and complete checkout. Minimum top-up is $10. Credits never expire unless you delete your account.

My payment says pending — what should I do?

After returning from checkout, click Verify in Payments. If it still shows pending, wait a minute and try again. If unresolved, contact support with your order ID. and a screenshot of the transactoion

What is your refund policy?

We offer refunds within 7 days for technical failures attributable to the platform (e.g., you were charged but no leads were delivered). Contact support with details.

Try logging out and back in, clear site data, or use a different browser. If it persists, contact support with your browser and console error (if any).

Reduce filters (radius/categories), try a nearby location, or rerun during off-peak hours. If the problem repeats, share the job ID with support.
